Harksen's HPL Blog of the Unspeakable

Just a Beginning

This is the very first attempt to incorporate a Blog to my website concerning matters Lovecraftian. So bear with me if this ends up looking a little weird.

This is Lars Kramhøft's latest illustration for the HPLMYTHOS.DK Vol. 1 book. It is the illustration for Thomas Strømsholt's "Den Lede Ting" (rough translation: "The Mean Thing"--where "mean" is actually derived from an older usage of the word "mean" in Danish, meaning something like "foul" in today's terminology). Yet another wonderful piece from Lars, I think!

Lars had originally composed another illustration, but since we later on decided on another stylistic approach (more "pulp"), he has now changed this one as well, to fit the overall direction.

Not much else to say... Am still working with editorial stuff, as well as bending the translations of HPL's "The Unnamable" (yeps, folks, that's without an "e", strangely enoughsmiley) and Benjamin Szumskyj's "Horror, North-west of England" into somewhat coherently Danish, hehe...

And, yes, I will try to get the webpage up for HPLMYTHOS.DK soon. Hopefully (!) within the week.

More later. Ia! Ia!
